my one problem was a blonde waitress who demanded a tip, and then made trouble for my friends when they came back the week after, talking to her co-workers as if "hey, those are the cheep guys" when i personally saw atleast 15$ go into her hand at the end of the night during our last stay... which took an entire 20 minutes. it is not policy to include a tip, nor legislature, only common courtesy. she forever lost me as a customer, and so my friends.

Although Oklahoma has laws against brewing over 3.2%, you can still get a special permit which allows any ABV amount, and Coaches/The Library has it. Stay away from the "wheat" beer, it is pale, thin, watery, and lemony, but probably from the slice. The Library IPA is fantastic, though. Worth stopping in to try.

The Library is now brewing beer on premises. I've been there twice since the summer. Earlier this summer they had about 6 beers on tap. All were available and for the most part very good, even given the circumstances of having to brew under OK's archaic 3.2% beer law. (Not a well kept secret that some of the beers may be a tad over the state mandated 3.2%) Went again last week and only 3 of 6 beers were available. I asked the bartender if they had any cask conditioned beers-he had no idea what I was talking about. Hopefully the ownership/brewmaster reads this and educates their staff. Overall, a laid back place to down a few brews with the great scenery a plus.

The only reason I rate this highly is the enviornment. A great little college bar on a busy street near campus. If you aren't paying attention, you would never know the bar is there. Great "garden area" outside to drink a couple if the weather permits.
